Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-04 · effective from 4 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Skladista.biz: the public site, the booking requests sent through it and the operator portal. By signing up or sending a booking request you accept them.
General terms
Who we are
Skladista.biz is operated by bitsEverywhere DOO Petrovaradin, Preradovićeva 36, 21132 Petrovaradin, Serbia, registration number (matični broj) 21885720, tax ID (PIB) 113539127 ("we", "the platform"). You can reach us at support@bitseverywhere.rs.
What the platform does
Skladista.biz is an intermediary. Warehouse operators publish their free capacity on it, and companies looking for space (customers) find it and send booking requests.
We are not a party to the storage contract. A confirmed booking is a contract between the operator and the customer, on the terms shown in the booking and the operator's general terms.
Payments
The platform never takes payment for storage. The operator invoices the customer directly and the customer pays the operator. Do not pay anyone else for a booking made on Skladista.biz.
Acceptable use
Give true and complete information about your company, your space and your goods. Do not use the platform to publish misleading listings, to send requests you do not intend to honour, to collect other users' data, or to load it with automated traffic, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account or remove a listing that breaks these terms.
Liability
We check operators against the business register, but we do not inspect warehouses and do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that space is available, or that either party performs the contract between them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a contract between an operator and a customer, or from the platform being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Each version carries its date and takes effect on it; we tell operators about changes by email before they take effect. A booking is governed by the version in force when its request was sent, which is the version the customer accepted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Novi Sad.
Operators
Verification
An operator signs up as a company registered in Serbia. We check its details against the register of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) before its warehouses are listed. Until the check is complete, the operator can build its listings, but they are not public. Only a verified operator's warehouses are listed, and we may refuse an operator whose details do not match the register.
Listings and requests
The operator keeps its listings accurate: address, capacity, terms, prices and availability.
The operator answers each booking request within 24 hours by accepting it, declining it or offering different terms; a request left unanswered expires. Accept only what you can honour: with instant book switched on, a request that fits the unit's free capacity and published price is confirmed at once.
Commission
Signing up and listing warehouses is free, with no credit card. When a booking is confirmed, whether the operator or instant book accepts it, the operator owes the platform a commission of 10% (+ VAT) of the booking's confirmed price excluding VAT, extras included. The rate in force when the booking is confirmed applies to it.
Commission invoice
On the last day of each month we issue the operator one commission invoice for the bookings confirmed that month, however far ahead their storage period runs, less that month's credits. A booking confirmed in October for storage from December is invoiced in October, in full.
VAT is added to the commission at the statutory rate. The invoice is payable by bank transfer within 15 days of its date.
Bookings at a price on request
A booking confirmed at a price on request owes the commission on the price the operator agreed with the customer, on the same terms as any other confirmed booking. The operator tells us that price when we ask for it.
Cancellations
When a confirmed booking is cancelled under the platform's cancellation rules, its commission is credited on the next commission invoice.
Written agreements
We may agree different terms with an operator in writing. Such an agreement takes precedence over this part for that operator, for as long as it lasts.
Customers
Free to search and request
Searching for space and sending booking requests is free. The platform charges customers nothing.
When a booking is confirmed
A request is not yet a booking. It is confirmed only when the operator accepts it, or when the unit's instant book accepts it at once. Until then the operator may decline it or offer different terms, which you may accept or decline.
Your contract and invoice
Your contract is with the operator. The operator invoices you directly on the terms of the booking and its general terms; questions about the storage, the invoice or payment go to the operator.
