Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Skladista.biz processes when you search, send a booking request or work in the operator portal, and the rights you have over it.
Who controls your data
The controller is bitsEverywhere DOO Petrovaradin, Preradovićeva 36, 21132 Petrovaradin, Serbia, registration number (matični broj) 21885720, tax ID (PIB) 113539127. For anything about your data, write to support@bitseverywhere.rs.
What we collect
Operators: the company's legal name, registration number, tax ID and address, and the names, email addresses and phone numbers of its staff in the operator portal.
Customers: the company details given in a booking request, and the contact person's name, email address and phone number.
Bookings: the unit, dates, quantity, goods, messages, terms and price of each request and booking, and who did what and when.
Technical data: the server logs needed to run and protect the service, including IP addresses.
Why we process it
To provide the platform under its Terms of Use (legal basis: performance of a contract): verifying operators, publishing listings, passing booking requests and answers between the parties, sending notifications by email and SMS, and producing booking contracts. To meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax (legal basis: a legal obligation). To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legal basis: our legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
The other party to a booking: the operator sees the customer's contact details in the request, and the customer sees the operator's in the answer and the contract.
Our processors, only on our instructions: Microsoft Azure (hosting, storage and maps), SendGrid (email delivery) and our SMS gateway (text message notifications).
The map tile provider of the operator portal: when operator staff place a warehouse on the map, their browser loads the map from OpenStreetMap's tile servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation), which receive their IP address and browser details under OpenStreetMap's own privacy policy. The public site's maps are loaded through our servers and send nothing to a map provider.
How long we keep it
Booking records and contracts are kept for 10 years, as accounting documents.
The personal data of a deleted account is erased 30 days after the deletion, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar storage: to sign you in to the operator portal and keep it secure. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing and its portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

Complaints
If you think we process your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti), www.poverenik.rs.
